Early Childhood Teachers are the rock stars of our communities. That's the message at the core of a new video advocating for fair pay for early childhood educators. The video stars Karen O'Leary, who you might recognise as Officer O'Leary from mockumentary show Wellington Paranormal.

When she's not investigating the paranormal, Karen is the head teacher at Wellington's Adelaide Early Childhood Centre, and she joined Jesse from the Wellington studio along with her workmate and bonfide rock-star, Tom Watson who has played with the likes of Head Like A Hole and Cassette.
