Summary

In the first three minutes of the video, Families Minister Jenna Sudds shares highlight's of the Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) program across the country and a national school food program. Minister Sudds notes that there has been historic investment made in ELCC in the last several years, but that there is still work to do. It is noted that there has been 115,000 new spaces created across Canada and over half of the provinces and territories have implemented $10/day child care programs.
