ABSTRACT:

OMSSA has released an examination of the impact that full-day kindergarten has had on Ontario's early learning and child care system. The paper, called Moving Forward, Hand in Hand serves as an update to OMSSA's 2009 paper called Hand in Hand. It makes recommendations to the province on how to ensure that Ontario's early learning and child care system is an equal partner on the education continuum for Ontario's children.
