Description

New America's Early & Elementary Education Policy team is writing a series of articles to distill and elevate key research, ideas, and recommendations from "Transforming the Workforce for Children Birth Through Age 8: A Unifying Foundation." This 2015 seminal report was written by study director Bridget Kelly and La Rue Allen, who chaired a 19-member committee brought together by the Institute of Medicine and the National Research Council of the National Academies of Science.
