Description

Child care operators and advocates worry that the government’s funding overhaul of the $10-a-day child care system could shrink the number of families who benefit from the program. As CBC's Katie DeRosa reports, B.C Education and Child Care Minister Lisa Beare says both the federal and provincial government are looking into whether the program is leaving some families behind.
