Female leaders call for progress on $10-a-day child care in B.C.

A coalition of women in B.C., made up of former MPs and MLAs and current leaders, is calling for progress on the $10-a-day child care plan. Former MLA Katrina Chen, who helped develop the program, says it’s been life changing for those who have received it, but that many more families need that help.
