Abstract:

The general guidelines are geared to both the municipality and to staff that work at leisure-time centres (i.e. centres that care for children before and after school hours) and illustrate the division of responsibilities between the municipality and the centres. The Swedish National Agency for Education hopes that these general guidelines and comments will stimulate discussion regarding how the centres should be administered and will be used to support the further development of leisure-time centres.
