Description:


This voluntary, self-administered survey was introduced as a replacement for the cancelled, mandatory Long Form Census, more widely known as Census Form 2B.


Statistics Canada and other experts have expressed concerns about the quality of some of the data, see related links below.

Where applicable, this analysis is complemented with short articles on specific topics of interest in the NHS in Brief series.
