Speak up! Finding your voice as a child care professional

A FREE Professional Development Workshop for ECE students and professionals.

No registration required, on a first come, first serve basis
Come early (5:30) for the pre-enagements. The panel starts at 6pm!

This workshop will:

  • Present the current state of ECE work and highlight the issues that are facing the child care sector 
  • Set the stage for students and professionals to find their voice and speak up for their rights and needs as ECE workers
  • Share personal stories from our panelist on what sparked their interest and steps to how they became involved
  • Provide audience with the resources and tools to engage in advocacy work

An event organized by GBC students, in collaboration with RSCAA, AECEO, OCBCC and CRRU.
