Spend on daycare instead of jails

Allocating billions on superjails seems more important to the
federal Conservatives than giving money to children for daycare. Large
jails are not the answer, especially for young people. When the Ontario
government under Mike Harris built them and went tough on crime, it did
not get the results that Harris promised. We know preventative measures
of solving problems are more cost efficient and effective. If the
Conservatives are going to spend billions on superjails instead of
daycare, we need an election before that money is spent.
