Why some are critical of Ontario's plan to bring back daycares

People advocating on behalf of childcare providers are taking issue with Ontario education minister Stephen Lecce saying Ontario will be at 90% of its pre-COVID capacity for childcare come July 27th. That's when the province will allow daycares to increase the number of children in their care. But some providers say it's not enough for them to reopen.
