About Black Professional Early Childhood Education Association

Black Professional Early Childhood Education Association is a monthly professional network that will bring forth conversation focusing on trends in global childhood, culture, and policies for educators and other practitionners working with children and families. Participants will meet monthly to build their professional knowledge and networks with other Black professionals; learn about new ideas and how to advocate for Black families; and build their programming capacities. BPECEA is also a professional mentoring outlet for those interested in exploring graduate level education. Due to the disproportionate and inequitable treatment of Black families, BPECEA places a particular focus on supporting African/Black families to facilitate creating more success stories, and developing a flourishing and thriving community.

Membership

Members of the BPECEA willl receive discounts for trainings and professional development certificate courses held by the African Centre for Early Childhood Village.
