Minister of state for child care on the lack of child care spaces in B.C.

According to a Canadian Centre for Policy Alternative report, more than half of young child in B.C. live in "child care deserts." B.C's minister of state for child care, Grace Lore, joined us to talk about the state of child care spaces in the province.
