Excerpts

For 50 years, the Equal Pay Coalition has worked to eliminate gender-based pay discrimination, and achieve pay equity through legislation, collective bargaining, and social initiatives.

As a network of 30 women’s groups, trade unions, community organizations, and business associations, the Equal Pay Coalition has shaped policies and pushed for improved enforcement of the Pay Equity Act, greater access to affordable childcare and increases to minimum wage.
