This report gives an up-to-date, comprehensive picture of how pre-school and adult education are organised in Sweden, for example the number of children/pupils and of staff in different forms of schooling. It also gives an account of the expenditure of the different forms of schooling and of the results that are being achieved. It is based on the statistics that are supplied to the national monitoring system for the education sector.
