What is the BC Child Care Workforce Survey?
The BC Child Care Workforce Survey is part of a sector-led evaluation of the British Columbia government's Early Care and Learning Recruitment and Retention Strategy.
Early Childhood Educators of BC (ECEBC) is coordinating this evaluation, in collaboration with the Social Research and Demonstration Corporation (SRDC).
How will my responses be used?
Your answers will help ECEBC and SRDC keep track of issues affecting the recruitment and retention of ECEs across the province. Your response will help inform reports submitted to the province of British Columbia.
By completing this survey and by sharing the link with others in your field, you will help ensure that the views of the child care workforce are well represented.

We are inviting all individuals working in, or certified to work in, early care and learning to respond to this survey.
When will the survey close?
The last day to complete the survey is November 22, 2021. We encourage you to share the survey link with your colleagues before the closing date.
