"Child Care" is frequently mentioned in this federal election and we think it important that voters consider some very real issues concerning child care right now. We suggest you ask your candidates and yourself these questions:
1. Will there be sufficient numbers of trained child care providers who are paid a professional wage with benefits?
2. Will all parents who need child care have access to quality care for their child/children?
3. Will child care centres receive adequate funding to offer programs which genuinely nurture and educate our young children?
4. Will this candidate support a practical and sustainable child care
system?
Not all child care promises are created equal. Your vote can truly help the future generation if you ask the right questions!
