Join us for a lively discussion on the importance of child care for the prosperity of rural communities. Dr. Susan Prentice will present highlights of her just-released research on the economic and social impact of child care specific to three rural and northern Manitoba communities. Community leaders will respond and share their experience of how child care has been an asset to their community or region.
The panel will include Bryan Spencer (St. Claude Village Council), Dale Peak (Southwest Horizon School Division), Carole Williams (parent and farmer), and Glen Cummings (MLA for Ste Rose)
