This budget confirms that our decades of advocacy has worked --- statements like universal, accessible, quality, inclusive, affordable and valued early childhood educators, were adopted from all of us who have persistently called on our governments to build such a publicly funded, managed and supported child care system. All of you who have called for true system for early learning and child care never gave up. It's our job now to finish it.
