This ISSUE file will pull together all elements of the public consultation on educational child care services conducted by the Government of Quebec between April and June 2021. The consultation aimed to identify potential solutions related to the increased and more complex needs of child care services, to improve and ensure equal opportunities for all children and to meet the needs of working parents in Quebec. 

The ISSUE file will be broken down into sections: government information, community responses, media and other relevant information.
